The Mezzanine Collection

A mezzanine is an intermediate level between the ground and first floor of a building—often used for creating a storage loft. Manual’s new collection is a line of occasional tables that feature mezzanine floors for furniture.

The common denominator across the Mezzanine Collection is our J-leg design. Manual’s custom steel wire furniture hardware provides the structure for our bi-level designs—as well as an open platform for your own DIY furniture projects.

The Mezzanine Collection is designed to be flat-pack—pieces ship disassembled and will require some basic assembly at your home. Beyond better shipping rates, flat pack has the added benefit of making the designs more flexible—it’s easy to disassemble a piece and reconfigure or even customize to fit your space.

The collection is made in Chicago—from the powder coated steel parts to the CNC-cut cabinet-grade Baltic birch plywood and the final studio hardware installation and packaging.
